Preparing your experience
The agreement governing your use of the MyrocketXpress platform.
Last updated Version 2026-10-16
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you (individually or as a representative of a business) and My Rocket Xpress, a sole proprietorship ("MyrocketXpress", "we", "us"), with its registered place of business at 105 KC Das Road, Sutragarh, Santipur, Nadia, West Bengal 741404, India.
By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that:
When you sign up, we record the version of these Terms and of our Privacy Policy that you accepted, together with the time, your IP address and your browser. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the platform.
MyrocketXpress provides a multi-courier shipping and logistics management platform for sellers in India. Our services include:
Fees are charged per shipment at the rates shown in your account at the time of booking. We may add, change or remove features with appropriate notice.
To use the platform, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:
We may refuse registration, or suspend or close accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.
You may use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
A breach of this section may lead to suspension of your account, liability for resulting losses, and referral to the appropriate authorities.
You fund your wallet in advance by UPI, debit/credit card or net banking through our payment partner, Razorpay. Shipping charges are deducted from your wallet when you book a shipment, so you must keep enough balance to book.
Shipping rates are set at the time of booking based on the courier, service level, origin and destination, weight and dimensions. The final amount charged may differ from the booking amount if the courier measures a weight or dimensions different from those you declared (see Weight disputes below).
When a shipment is cancelled before the courier accepts it for dispatch, the shipping charge is credited back to your wallet immediately. If a courier rejects the cancellation, the shipment cannot be cancelled and no refund is due.
If a courier reports a weight higher than you declared, we will raise a weight dispute and notify you. You must submit evidence (for example packing photos and scale readings) within 7 calendar days of the notice. If you do not respond in time, the dispute is resolved on the basis of the courier's measured weight and the difference is charged to your wallet. A minimum wallet balance may be held while a dispute is open.
COD amounts collected for your delivered shipments are added to a daily remittance batch. After our team reviews and approves the batch, the payout is sent to your verified bank account, less the platform fee and any other amounts due on those shipments, as shown in the batch. We may hold amounts under discrepancy or dispute.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business operations for as long as your account remains active.
You retain ownership of your business data, including shipment records, customer data and order history. We claim no ownership over your data and use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyrocketXpress is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions or the cost of substitute services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to MyrocketXpress in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Liability for shipment loss, damage or delay rests with the courier partner under its terms. On request, we will share the shipment records we hold to support your claim with the courier. We do not offer shipment insurance; you may arrange insurance independently.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MyrocketXpress, its proprietor, employees, agents and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
You can request deletion of your account in Settings → Account, confirming with your password. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period, and you can cancel the request until then. We cannot delete an account while it has shipments, COD remittances or weight disputes open, or while your wallet has a balance.
To have a remaining wallet balance refunded, email Myrocketxpress@gmail.com. After we have settled any amounts due, including open COD remittances and weight disputes, we refund the balance to your verified bank account.
When deletion takes effect, we anonymise your account and remove your KYC identifiers and bank accounts. We keep the business records we must keep by law, as described in our Privacy Policy. Before closure you can download your order and shipment records as CSV exports from the dashboard, and a copy of your personal data from Settings → Privacy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Where the law requires it and it is operationally feasible, we will give you 7 days' notice before terminating for non-payment or a breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nadia, West Bengal.
These Terms are written in English. If there is any conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails.
We believe most disputes can be resolved amicably. Before starting formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to the following steps:
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where necessary to protect proprietary rights or confidential information.
We may change these Terms. For material changes, we will:
Your continued use of the platform after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.
