• A breach or violation of any of these terms, as determined by My Rocket Xpress, will result in the immediate termination of your services.

As a registered Merchant on our Website, you are fully responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of your account credentials (User ID and Password). You must keep your login details private and secure. You are accountable for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Should any details change, it is your responsibility to promptly update them. My Rocket Xpress reserves the right to verify any information provided and may request additional documentation for verification.

If My Rocket Xpress has reasonable grounds to believe that your provided information is false, misleading, or incomplete, it may suspend or terminate your access to the Website without prior notice.
